Do you offer discounts on your Crown Packages? 
Feel free to contact us about our latest deals. We feel our prices are competitive from any videography vendor. We are highly trained and artistic cinematographers that will deliver a product you will love for an affordable price. We want you to get more for your money!

Who will be filming my event?
We do not sub-contract our work. You will have a Royal Films Cinematographer at every shoot and along with an assistant cinematographer(s). We will professionally film and edit your whole event. You will receive Royal Films from the beginning to end.

Do you have videos from past events? 
You can view samples of our Highlight videos in our gallery page. If you would like to see more of our work, we will show you during your free consultation. If there is anything specific you would like to see just send us a message.

How do you book with Royal Films? 
You can contact us and we will set-up a free consultation. Once you make your final decision, we request an initial deposit of $300 to secure your date.

What do you need from us prior to the event? 
With some of our packages you give you an opportunity to have input on your video. However, you can always opt-out this option and trust we will deliver a video you will love. We want to make your experience a stress-free and easy as possible. During your consultation, we will discuss the specifics to match your needs.

When will you depart and arrive from the event?
We will follow your event timeline or follow your request. We arrive 20 minutes early from the first shot to set up what we need. Then we leave once your event is over.

Do I get to pick my own songs for the highlight video? 
We will ask you to choose three songs and we will pick the best song that works for your highlight video.

How long does it take to get our film back?
It will take us 4-12 weeks to edit and copy your film on DVD/Blu-Ray disc(s). Additionally, if requested, your highlight video will be completed as soon as one week.

Will you instructing/directing us on what to do while filming? 
We want to capture you in your natural self. We won’t ask you to say or do anything because we want to capture the moments as they unfold. However, if you have a particular request we work with you accordingly.

Do you film both bride and groom preps? 
We film these preps at your request unless your particular location prohibits it.

Do you mic the groom and officiant? 
We mic the groom and officiant with professional wireless lavalier microphones to ensure we get the best sound for your film.

What kind of equipment do you use? 
Royal Films shoots on Canon DSLR cameras with high graded Canon lenses for superb quality giving your event a feature film look.
